By accessing and using Xtreme Official services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the architectural governance of this agreement. Use of the platform constitutes a Digital Cryptographic Signature of acceptance.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a Limited Revocable License, not a transfer of title. Modification, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of the neural interface is strictly prohibited.

Xtreme Official operates as a high-integrity gateway for digital assets. We act as an intermediary between users and gaming clusters. All transactions processed are final and Non-Refundable once the asset has been provisioned to the destination node.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the Neural Identifiers (UIDs, ZIDs) provided during checkout. Xtreme Official is not liable for assets routed to incorrect nodes due to operator error.

Engagement in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized clearinghouse access or chargeback manipulation, will result in Immediate Link Severance and potential legal escalation in accordance with local cyber laws.

In no event shall Xtreme Official or its directors be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the Amount Cleared for the specific transaction in question.
